Germany is one of KLM’s most important market, however, almost half of the country’s residents (46%) don’t recognise the brand. We found out that instead of an airline, people thought KLM was a restaurant, radio station or a bank.

So, to educate potential travellers, we opened a restaurant serving people KLM’s in-flight meals for free. Instead of money, the airline’s ATM gave out free tickets to KLM destinations and played a video explaining the benefits of flying with KLM. We also took over a German national radio station with original programming, including bespoke KLM tracks as well as news reports, ad breaks and quizzes that communicated the fact that KLM is, in fact, an airline.

This way Centraal Beheer makes car ads for private car sellers. And car sellers in return advertise Centraal Beheer car insurance.

With the interest rate being very low in the Netherlands, ABN AMRO introduced ‘smart savings’, alternatives for your savings.

Together with From Form we built an interactive marble track, tailor made for a Euro coin. The coin passes common saving dreams and goals, but interactive elements show that your personal situation influences the route your money takes.

Waiting at the airport can be quite boring, to spend your waiting time in a more fun and useful way we set up "KLM Take-off Tips" booths at airports in Amsterdam, Oslo and Rio de Janeiro, where you can speak to fellow travelers via a hologram and share tips and cultural insights about your destination.
